The fire service field is experiencing unprecedented growth. To help agencies support the increasing demand for service, there is a strong need to have well-prepared and educated personnel within the leadership pipeline to fulfill supervisory- and executive-level administration roles.

Our program provides academically challenging, authentic learning experiences that address contemporary industry topics. We provide an upper-level curriculum with courses that pick up where an associate program culminates, building upon the firefighter's knowledge and training with skills essential to progress into leadership roles.

This degree builds upon what you’ve already learned through an earned associate degree in Fire Science or a related field, and certification as an NFPA 1001 Firefighter II from a ProBoard- or IFSAC-accredited agency.
